Royal Soil Housing & Community Development Initiative l was founded by Arminta Butler, inspired by a profound understanding of what it means to face instability and uncertainty. Recognizing that too often, individuals and families seeking stability are met with only short-term relief — shelters that overflow, programs that expire, and systems that overlook the human need for belonging and purpose.
